Constructive Visual is proud to announce the appointment of Sally Putt as Chief Executive Officer, commencing Wednesday 4 March 2026.

This appointment marks a significant milestone in the evolution of the Northam founded graphic design and web development company, which has served businesses across Western Australia and beyond since 2005.

Sally Putt is the Founder and Creative Director of Sally J Design, a respected regional design studio known for its strategic branding, website development and purposeful visual storytelling. With extensive experience supporting businesses across regional and metropolitan Western Australia, Sally has built a reputation for combining strong creative direction with practical business insight. Her work focuses on clarity, authenticity and delivering design solutions that strengthen brand presence and commercial impact. 

Outgoing CEO and Founder Peter Lowen reflected on the transition:
