Step 1: Take note of the issue that you have with your website or Constructive Visual service. What page the issue appears on, where the issue is, what you have tried to be able to fix the issue and when you first notice the issue on your website.
Step 2: Take a screenshot or video recording of your issue if you can as this can help our support team to quickly identify where the issue is and what is going on with the issue that you’re having with your website or service.
Step 3: Submit a support eTicket from your client control panel as the conversation is stored within your account if you every need to go back and find a solution in the future.
